A BUMPER YEAR FOR BHP (Kunming City)

Just found out why BHP is doing so well. It is obvious that the price of steel has increased and that there is lots of contruction going on. Looking at the buildings - the bamboo braces that were used in 2000 have vanished. Its now all steel bracing. Jo says the way they have done it is a bit sketchy :) Welcome to China.
