LAZY AFTERNOON (Kunming City)

WE LAZED away the afternoon sitting on the banks of the Kunming lake - eating dried pineapple - and what appeared at first glance to be dried apricot, but was in fact dried sweet potato. Dinner was pizza at a place run by an Italian immigrant - with some of Kathryn's American friends.
